2、The customer confirms the model and other information, makes a formal quotation and signs the contract (including information such as the port of shipment and the port of destination).
3、Payment: 30% deposit, notify the factory for production
4、Factory production and excavator quality inspection, take videos and pictures for customer confirmation.
5、Customers pay the final payment to arrange booking, export logistics and customs clearance documents
6、Goods transportation and arrival, customer bill of lading.
7、After receiving the excavator and confirming that it is correct, the customer will contact us to arrange for our after-sales engineer to teach you the installation and after-sales warranty remotely.
